Terms and Conditions

1. All illustrations shown are for representation only.
3. The cakes/cupcakes decoration is the artwork of us. Most details will be according to customer request, the final design will depend on what we feel and looks the best to customer. Will further discuss if any major changes require.
4. Figures/design/objects might not be fully edible.

5. Payment Methods:
All transactions are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM)
Our preferred payment methods are:
a. Electronic Interbank Transfer or Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
b. Cash Deposit Machine direct bank into our Maybank account
c. Paypal for Overseas customer. Additional charges apply just to cover Paypal charges.

6. Deposit:
a. For order less than RM 500, payment is require in FULL to secure the order.
b. For order over RM 500, a 50% deposit is require upon confirmation. If deposit doesn't receive within next 3 days after order confirmed, the booking may be canceled and the slot/date will be open for next customer. Once deposit received, order is confirm.
c. The balance is due or means all remaining balance must be paid 5 days prior to delivery or pickup.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
a. All request for cancellation must be made in writing / reply email.
b. If a cancellation is receive more than 8 weeks to the agreed delivery date, the deposit will be refunded less RM 50 administrative/design artwork/ingredient preparation fees.
c. NO REFUND if cancellation less than or equal to 8 weeks prior to agreed delivery date.
